Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns. However, if for whatever reason you are unhappy with your order or it arrives damaged, a refund or exchange can be arranged.
Please note, we are unable to give refunds or exchanges for reason being that you do not like the scent.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES GUIDELINES
- The item arrives damaged or incomplete
- We have the right to refuse any excessive exchanges or returns.
- International - for items lost in transit that are not able to be tracked, refunds will not be given
Refunds will be paid onto the same method of payment used on the original order. The refund value will be for the price paid when the order was placed.
